Good #coffeebeans alone do not make a good #espresso. If you hold your sieve support directly under the grinder, there is usually a pointed pile of ground coffee in the sieve after the grinding process. If you then make the mistake of tamping the coffee grounds directly, a coffee puck is created which is much denser in the middle. Find scarlet grande the espresso distributor
